  Number one problem I guess is that Kitchen Connection require and receive their money up front before the project starts so from that moment on I discovered all that upfront helpfulness no longer exists.
  
  I believed that a "customer service manager" was allocated to me- but he literally disappeared mid job with no advice from Kitchen Connections Mt Gravatt that he wouldn't be returning, and I then found myself project managing the kitchen and I am unimpressed. Wasn't that what I paid you for Kitchen Connections? Otherwise I would have found my own cabinet maker etc etc. Not that he was much good at his job anyhow. Because the actual tradesman don't see the job - Kitchen Connections advises and "quotes" on their behalf - and he got it so so so wrong we were held up having to reorder tiles in order to continue and the extra costs associated with every trade blew out the budget. Tiler got it wrong (more time -and tiles I had to provide - while he corrected his mistakes) - electrician was hopeless (later found "he was no longer with the company") but who was overseeing them all? What was I paying Kitchen Connections for?
  
  The kitchen installer Ben was great and took pride in his work which was nice to see. Even he though could not overcome Kitchen Connections ordering the wrong size cupboards and having the doors opening the wrong way so he too was delayed in his work.
  
  But where was my "customer service manager"? Where was Kitchen Connections during all the construction? All phone calls are just swept by - we will call you back - never do - we will get onto that - never do - just file a warranty claim and someone will contact you ------ whatever happened to customer service? Nobody answers their emails. Seriously?
  
  My last phone call to Kitchen Connections at Mt Gravatt store was to tell them about an issue with my cupboards and I was again brushed aside - basically, not their problem, file a warranty claim - so I took the opportunity to tell them that I was in the process of writing them a bad review and their response - "Oh Ok....what was your name again?" So here is your review with my name Kitchen Connections Mt Gravatt.
  
  Someone did call to fix the dodgy cupboard ( he told me he was the state manager apparently) - and his visit saw him profess to not knowing anything about the problems even though I had previously had a long phone conversation with him and could show him my emails to him...........!! Perhaps, to be fair, he has so many complaints he just couldn't remember me individually?
  
  But still, even after my conversation with him outlining my concerns - Kitchen Connections Mt Gravatt have not contacted me to do an end of job inspection. I have no comeback except the ability to tell people what customer care they offer. Zero. Approach with caution and be prepared once you hand over your money - you are essentially on your own.
