  The service was absolutely TERRIBLE. went to them yesterday as I wanted to see what was on offer. The first sales person was very lovely and helpful but once the manager stepped in... his customer service was lacking in every way! Basically I was made to feel like my time was not important and his was, therefore I better not waste it, he was over top and came across as very insincere and not genuine. And to top it off he made it clear that he has the right to change his mind and if the car is not here if i decide to come back he has every right to withdraw the offer. But who am I to complain, I am just a person who has money to spend on a new car. Anyway off to see Emma from another Mazda dealership. Her manager seems very lovely and assured me I won't receive the same customer service.
